Sometimes it makes me sad, though. Andy being gone. I have to remind myself that some birds aren't meant to be caged. Their feathers are just too bright. And when they fly away, the part of you that knows it was a sin to lock them up does rejoice. But still, the place you live in is that much more drab and empty that they're gone. I guess I just miss my friend. Its free on crackle for does who want to see it.

That scene where he tells him he doesnt give a shit is my favorite scene from the movie. I always laugh when I see it. The Red role seems to fit Morgan Freeman like a glove. Portraying the reunion between Andy and Red was absolutely mandatory as, in the context of the film, each man becomes the most important and impactful person in each others' life. Justified.
